My "item not arrived" case was closed by ebay due to 21 days of inactivity, because I agreed with seller through chat to wait some more time, and now I can't reopen it.
Now when I contact seller directly he is sending me an unverified 3rd party tracking link which says the item has been delivered to me. However at the same time I have an official post office tracking link saying that the item was returned to him. How can i ask Ebay to step in again? I don't have any option to reopen the case or appeal on the ebay decision through system because the system just says it can't find any purchases. Same thing with AI chatbot, it says it can't find any purchases, and the purchase is clearly visible to me in my history.
I need to send an email to support to ask them to help, but it seems impossible for me to find any support email address.

Yeah, I ordered 2 sets of bathroom rugs which I have never seen but ebay and seller says they were delivered.
They cost me $55.
Have told both ebay and seller that I received 2 packages about 2 weeks ago and the shipping labels on each only had numbers and "D. Wills" ,,,,no address on the labels. The labels were from WALMART +(???????)
eBay has closed the case saying the seller contacted them and that tracking shows they were delivered to correct address. HOW DO THEY KNOW WHEN THE MY ADDRESS WAS NOT ON THE LABELS??
Over 20 years buying on eBay and this is a first.....and ebay closed the case and I AM OUT $55 and NO rugs.
I am really **bleep** and. ready to cut my account with eBay.
If those packages were actually my rugs why didn't the shipping labels have MY address on them,,stupid!

@willv029 , instead of hijacking the OPs thread, you should start your own post.
@2057rizbo , unfortunately, once an eBay case closes, regardless of the reason, it can’t be reopened. You’ll need to contact your payment method about doing a chargeback.
