My purchased item doesn't show in my history & was delivered to another state. Need help

My item was delivered to another state. Ebay keeps sending me to another help message and not helping. They say just fill this and that out but when I click on anything nothing comes up. I put in the item number and it doesnt show. I am at a lost and can not get any real help. I can not talk to anybody

If you are claiming that something you purchased was delivered to another state then here is the answer.

Contact (visit?) the shipper and get the address (GPS coordinates) where the package was scanned as delivered.  Shipper will need to provide you with a letter on company letterhead, signed by an employees, with their contact number.  You take that letter and contact eBay through their eBay for FB page - FB mail.  Once eBay verifies the misdelivery you will be refunded.

If the item has been removed from your purchase history, ebay removed the listing and possibly the seller.  If you have the item number (12 digits long with no hyphens) when filing a dispute it should be accepted.  If you were entering the order number (has hyphens) that is why you may be going in circles.  If you paid using PayPal in your PayPal  transaction history find the payment and click on it to see the details. The item number will be given there. 

As no_zero wrote you will need a signed note.  If the item was sent via USPS, they are fairly good at giving out information.  UPS & FedEx on the other hand can be problematic.  You take your tracking number and proof of the purchase ebay/  Paypal transaction info which has the tracking number on it.  You ask if the package was addressed to you, and was the package appropriate for what you bought. (Box not Envelope) and was the weight close to what the item should weigh.  When you ask them for a note tell them all you want is confirmation it was not addressed to you, and if the package/ and or weight doesn't match ask them to add that too.  They should give out that general information, on company stationary.

If you filed an Item Not Received (INR) dispute and it was denied because of the tracking info showing Delivered. That happens all of the time because ebay's and other companies automated systems can only look for the delivery scan, not other info.   That means you have to appeal the original decision which will be checked out by a real person. You attach a clear photo or Scan of the note to the appeal, and that is usually enough to reverse the decision and get you a refund.

Just @sterlinbutche-48 send a private message with your name, email, and zip code to eBay here and simply say that your item was delivered to another state and you would like a refund.

You do not need to provide your item number, tracking number, that the item is not in your history, or any other information -- eBay looks up all of that for you to solve your issue.
