Make offer missing

Today I realized that the make offer filter was missing, so it seems that the attribute to accept offer is missing on the items also, anything I search is missing that option, maybe has something to do with the March 28 changes.

What March 28th changes? Perhaps the sellers who are selling what you’re looking for aren’t doing best offer at this time.

eBay has been reformatting pages like crazy lately and things get left off in testing versions (which are displayed to lucky users; that would not be one likely to left off in the final version).   Look for a "Tell us what you think" link to advise them of the issue.   I'm  seeing both the tab and the filter on my search results:

That's exactly what I'm not seeing, not in the buying format and not on the top filter menu, not just on a single listing as ebooksdiva suggested.

Tried again now and the filter is back, weird, should have taken a screenshot!
