Got a MacBook Pro that cost a pretty penny. Speakers were shot. I'm a filmmaker, so audio is important. Wanted me to send it back whilst in mid work without replacing it. Not how that works.

SO, what kind of help do you need from this forum?

This is how it works--if it's not as described or isn't fully functioning the buyer must return it before a replacement or a refund is made. If the seller doesn't provide a return label you have to ask eBay for the label. When you get the return label you have 5 days to return it. When tracking shows delivered to the seller they have 2 days to refund or put the replacement in the mail.

If you received a defective MacBook Pro, does that not suggest to you that requesting a replacement, rather than a full refund, is not a good idea? Request the full refund so that you do not end up with a second defective computer.
Before you make a purchase, read the seller’s feedback — positive, neutral, and negative. If the seller has or is developing a reputation for selling defective products then you should not buy from that seller.

Something doesn't make sense. Why and how would you start a project if the audio wasn't working? Why not send it back immediately?
