Did you mean:

Knowingly shipping incomplete orders

I placed two separate orders for key bobs. Both clearly indicated they come with batteries. Neither did! If it were just one I could think it was a mistake!   When both orders come in short on parts, it's knowingly shorting the customer!   Upon arrival I notified eBay. The reply was that they are already installed.  WRONG! There are NO batteries!

All I want is the batteries I paid for! I Don't wish to return and wait again while hoping you get it right next time!  Please just send out the three batteries to complete my fully paid in advance order!   Thank you

Knowingly shipping incomplete orders

@privatecable,

  "All I want is the batteries I paid for! I Don't wish to return and wait again while hoping you get it right next time! Please just send out the three batteries to complete my fully paid in advance order!"

These boards are made up of members like you.  You are not reaching ebay employees for help.

  Obviously, the seller has misrepresented their item.  Your best bet is to file a not as described dispute about the order by clicking on the Return the item button and selecting missing parts or pieces as the reason.  The seller will have 3 days to send you a return shipping label or refund you. If they do not you ask ebay to step in, and they will issue a refund.   If you had read the money back guarantee (MBG)  policy you would know that.

The seller you bought from seems to have had negative feedback removed, but has 173 neutral comments in the last 12 months, about their fobs not working, needing chips and other issues.   You should have check the seller's feedback profile page and clicked on the number of neutral feedback they received, to read only those comments.

Leave them negative feedback now. Keep the comment professional, with no name calling, just stick to the facts.
