Keep getting Error code: 80223

I keep this "We're sorry, but we can't complete your request right now." Error code: 80223 when I press "request total". Please advice how to fix this.

The same happens to me too. I want to order 11 items with this 1 seller, who points out to combine the orders in order to get a better delivery price. But I always get the same message and error code as yusuf.jor does. Can someone tell me what to do.
