If it is after the last estimated delivery date shown on your Purchase History, then you have ebay's Money Back Guarantee to request a refund.  You would open  a Refund Request due to the item not arriving.  You need to wait until the day after the last estimated delivery date.

Como le pago al vendedor?   Paypal?    Si fue paypal, tienes que esperar un dia or dos DESPUES de la fecha que la subasta decia que su articulo iba a llegar.   Por favor, tenga en cuenta que envio a la Argentina puede tardar bastante.  Vas a tener que tener un poco de paciencia.

Escribirle esto a su vendedor :  "Dear Sir/ Madam, can you please send me the tracking number for my item?  I would like to see my item's journey to Argentina and I need to know where it is.  If it does not arrive by the day after the latest estimated arrival date, I will have to open an item NOT received case.   Thank you."
