Item says delivered but I haven't received package.

Please, I need your help. Last week I ordered a barbie from a chinese seller, who first told me he was using Hong Kong Post and the tracking wasn't available. But that I could contact him at any time to ask him for the exact location, which sounded kind of weird to me how would he know if there wasn't any tracking number. 

The estimated time provided by ebay was july 5th- september 07. So I let a week pass by without any notifications whatsoever and yesterday I messaged the seller asking for the location, and then an hour after I sent my messagge, magically my package says it has already been delivered 3 days ago!!. And there's a fedex tracking number out of nowhere, when the seller told me he used Hong Kong Post. So i checked the tracking number but the zip code doesn't match mine, so I open a claim. But I've been searching and I found out about this scam tactic of providing fake tracking numbers but if the product says "delivered" ebay won't act. 

I don't know what else I can do, I even did an image reverse check and found that the image used by the "seller" was from another seller's item sold on may, even the description and title are the same!!. I reached out to that seller to let him know that this scammer is using his photo and even now the scamer is selling the product I "bought" from him again. Please community I'd like to hear from you, will ebay look this case?, I have a lot of proofs and screencaps, I just want my money back 😢.

Yes the fake tracking number scam works very well on eBay.  You need a letter, an email will do from the shipper saying it was not delivered to your zip code.  That can be hard to get so keep calling as each call you get a different rep until you find one to help. 

I hope you paid by credit card as you always should. If so, once you have that letter contact your card company.

You don't need a letter @viviacedilloibarr_0 if the FedEx tracking Shipment Facts don't match your Barbie.

Here's how to ask eBay to review those facts at FedEx, before you lose the claim you've opened.

Click "Send message" to eBay on Facebook at this link, and leave your name, email, zip code, and item number. And tell eBay you have a weight problem, to get your refund.
