Issue with variations when added to cart

I had one issue where Is select variations then when added to my cart, they wouldn't show correct for me (price should have been more), seller said it worked for them but I didn't purchase it as I didn't know the actual price.   I recently bought an item with 3 variations, 2 of which changed after I added it to my cart but I didn't notice it, now I'm about to be out over $7 in return shipping since I didn't receive the item I needed, at no fault to the seller.

The shopping Cart does not work with all listings.  You cannot place running auctions that have bids in it, nor multi variation listings, because the price changes when your selection of for example size and color is made.  The cart works best with Fixed Price listings.

You do not need to put items into the cart in order to make a purchase. You can pay directly from a listing.
