Im not a robot!

Can anyone please tell me how to get past the "I'm not a robot" and the picture verifications?  We verified the matching pictures at least a dozen times and each time it just went back to the "I'm not a robot" verification.  I even signed in on my account (the other was my husband's) and it still did the same thing.  How are we to purchase something from Ebay if we can't get past that?!?  Really frustrated right now & ready to just quit altogether.  Even trying to get to customer service just took me back to the same verifications.   Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I always have to go through the "choose every picture with a motorcycle" verification twice, even when I get it right the first time.  On occasion, more than twice.  Of course, if I make an error, the verification requires me to keep taking the test until I do finally get it right.  If I were required to do a dozen repeats, and I were certain that I had got it right twice in a row, I would shut down my computer cold dead, wait about twenty seconds, then boot up again.  If that didn't work, then I would change browsers; for example, if I couldn't get past the test using Chrome, then I'd change my browser to Firefox and try, try again.

Other things that might cause verification issues: using a VPN or a hotspot, or certain kinds of privacy software.
