I didn't receive my item

I bought a mixer kitchen aid on March 27 and it shipped. But I didn't receive an item and the seller He's not answering me.             I want my money back

You don't have to message the seller. If it's one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order, open an Item Not Received claim. Escalate it to eBay when you can, if the item still hasn't arrived. You'll get a refund in that case. Good luck.

Was there a tracking number showing the mixer had been delivered, but you did not receive it?

In the feedback you gave for the seller you said they told you the item wasn't available, here you said it was shipped.

So if you paid then file a not received claim after the expected delivery date.

When is the last day of the estimated delivery period?  You can file an INR dispute the following day.
