I did not receive my items ordered

Buyer beware.  I sent an order of two items to   on March 25, 2021.  The items were to arrive on or before July 6, 2021.  By July 2 I was asking for a refund.  The seller has no intension of a refund.  They gave a none existent tracking number.  I have contacted the seller many times for a refund but all I get back is 'Thanks for your time.'  This is all very frustrating.   I have learned that I must check out the seller's record.

So, what did eBay said when you informed them of the ITEM NOT RECEIVED, have you checked into that. Seems to me that is the first thing I would have done once I noticed that it was not received. 

 

You can also do a chargeback or dispute with your payment processor and get all your money back.

You never order items from a seller who has a greater than 60 day delivery time frame.  I wouldn't buy from one who has a longer than 45 day time frame, especially one registered in China.  You should check each seller's feedback profile page before buying and not go by their feedback percentage or ebay's top rated seller title.

If you paid using PayPal they give you 180 days from the date of purchase to get a refund.   If the seller did not upload the tracking number to the purchase history, it does not count with ebay or PayPal.  Just to be sure, you should check the tracking number with the shipping agency to see where it was addressed, the size/type/weight of the package to see if the info matches your transaction on your PayPal account. 

 

FYI, you cannot name and shame ebay members on these boards.  Your seller's name will be removed from your topic.

Under the Help & Contact section, type Get help with an item that hasn't arrived. You will see an article that begins with the following:

Further down in this article, you will see this.  Click on the blue box that says Report an item that hasn't arrived and follow the instructions. If the seller doesn't not provide a refund in the allowed amount of time, you can ask eBay to help and eBay will process your refund.

The seller you purchased from has 271 negative feedback ratings in the last 12 months and is located in China, selling on the USA eBay website. To protect yourself, always check the sellers record and where the items are located prior to purchasing to make sure you are dealing with a reputable seller. Best of luck to you.
