I can't check-out nor access my Personal information menu

Hello,

 

I use this ID to buy a few thing 3 year ago and retune to use it again.

But it seem I unable to make a buying order. The system reply with the message below

Sorry, we can't complete your checkout at this time. Please try changing your item quantity or check your account status.

 

And when I try to access my personal info I also got this message.

In an effort to protect your account, we have put a temporary lock on bidding, selling and the ability to send messages to other eBay members until we can safely restore your account to you. Please click here to speak with an Account Security Representative.

 

I had try looking into FAQ and contact support team via email but it unavailable for  2 week now (message below).

Are there  anyway to contact to support? Or I have to wait until they solve the 3rd party access issue?

Hi,

 

Account related issues are very critical cases. Your account sometimes might get suspended. Therefore, as ebay has informed you. Have a chat with a representative. They can help you. Before that, you need to answer some verification information. They might ask your some of personal information just to verify your account.

 

Therefore, be ready for that.

 

Seems like your details which were used to prepare your original account might have duplicated with other account made by you or someone else.
