I can see item when i am not logged in but after login the items are missing

This is just to aware of the subject issue is common. 

It is mainly because of the seller settings whom is not listed your (if you are a buyer) country to sell. 

As a buyer, If you set many shipping addresses  like UK, Qatar and India. For a particular seller who is not like to sell his item to UK, so whoever set the shipping address as UK cant able to see his listed item.  

So forget it if you are not able see those item.

On your profile page, it shows you are registered in Quatar.  

It does not matter what address you add to your account, if a seller does not ship to Qatar then they will not be displayed when you do searches.   Depending on which site you use to login with ebay U.K. (ebay.co.uk) , eBay India (ebay.in)  seller's whose items will not ship to those countries also will not be shown. 

You can see the missing items if you search without logging in, but if you go to buy any of them, you will not be able to if they do not ship to Qatar.

Yes. you are right. I am also with you. But many peoples are not aware that, this settings are linked with item listed by the seller. So it is invisible.

Why would you want to see listings you can't purchase? The logic behind the practice is that international buyers aren't required to click into every listing to see if the seller ships to their country. Ebay's had this practice for years.
