Hello! When adding a product to the cart, I get this error. The seller told me that this eBay set a limit on the purchase of this product more than 3. How can I buy this product from this seller ???

You add 3 or less to the cart?
The seller has told you that sales are limited to 3 per buyer... You aren't going to get around that.

Do you mean that you have bought this product from the seller before?
If you have already purchased 3 from this seller, then you have already reached the limit.

The seller or their supplier has put this restriction in place.
You need to talk to the seller. If the seller will not lift the restriction, there is nothing to do except find a different seller.
eBay customer support cannot do anything about it.
