The seller agrees to cancel an order before it’s mailed but says she can’t figure out how and I am sent back to the seller when I click on request cancel. It says too late to cancel.
Buyers can only request cancellation for an hour after the purchase. The seller's going to have to figure it out. Send her this link for the instructions:
