You already sent it back to the seller? Did you go through eBay's resolution center to return it? Did you contact the seller first? Did you send it back with tracking?

Didn't your first experience with fake Perth Mint gold bars back in March `17, teach you anything? There are many counterfeited gold bars being sold on the site, and the only way to avoid being scammed, is to do your research before buying one.

As pburn mentioned, hopefully you have proof / tracking that you sent the piece back.  You can file a not as described dispute even if you already sent the piece back, just up load the tracking number to the dispute console. You may not be reimbursed for the return shipping cost however.
