I BOUGHT A BOOTS ON SEP 18, BUT I TOOK A WRONG SIZE, SO I CANCEL MY PACKAGE, AND THEY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, BUT THE NEXT DAY I BUY THE BOOTS AGAIN WITH THE CORRECT SIZE AND THEY TAKE MY MONEY FRON MY ACOUNT BUT I CAN´T SEE WHERE IS MY PACKAGE.  THEY JUST SHOW ME THE CANCEL ITEN BUT NOT THE NEW ONE THAT I BUY AGAIN.

Yes my bank did the pay for eBay already. I try to contact with the assistant of eBay by the chat but they didn’t help me.

For the item you purchased on Sept. 19, what does the order show as the expected delivery date? Does the order page show tracking?

eBay didn’t show me nothing that’s the reason that I write because my bank send to eBay the money but eBay is like didn’t receive nothing but in the description of my account it said eBay and the numbers of the order
