How to remove buying restriction?

I received an ebay message saying it block my 10 years old ebay account from buying because I bought too many.

It is stupid ebay did not send a warning message first. It blocks my account directly.

So **bleep**  arroant ebay is . I wonder why no other site replace it.  maybe it is cheaper selling fee?

More likely it is for too many non-payments or too many complaints/returns.   You won't be able to buy again, most likely forever.

It did NOT say "you bought too many."   We need the exact language of the error message to determine what limit you ran into (may have been a limit set by the seller, not eBay, and eBay has different buying limits).

That was my first thought too. The seller may have set limits, and considering the OP has bought multiples from the same sellers, that could be it. That would explain the "bought too many" message, however it was worded.

I agree, it would help if the OP could list the exact wording.

Sellers can set specific limits of how many items a buyer can buy within a set time frame. Some sellers use this and I am not sure why. So as stated you may be running into this error.

Alternatively the only other buying limit that is site wide  that I am aware of is "Daily Deals".  Daily Deals are meant to allow buyers to purchase 1 or 2 items from a seller sent to a specific address. This isn't "per checkout" or "per account" like you might see at a grocery store, it's per shipping address. The only time I've heard of a site wide block was when someone was using multiple eBay accounts or email/addresses to purchase a high number of Daily Deals.

As stated above, without more information we aren't really able to tell you what kind of restriction you ran into.
