Are you logged into eBay.com ? If not that where the problem is.

This has happened to me. It sounds like you inadvertently made your way onto another country’s eBay site. I have accidentally accessed both eBay Canada or eBay UK before.

To answer the question you asked in the title, you display the actual currency of the listing (which is determined by the eBay country site the seller set the listing up on) by turning OFF the currency conversion "approximate" display (which is ALWAYS lower than what you will pay by about 3 to 3.5%) from a successful search result (with at least 1 actual result) by clicking the burger bar at the top right of the search results box, then selecting "Customize" (not shown in the screencap below) from the resulting dropdown, then unchecking the "Convert to [local currency of the site you are on, USD on ebay.com, CAD on ebay.ca, GBP on ebay.co.uk, etc.] and applying the changes:
Note that you would have to do this for EACH country website you visit individually for it to work on that site. Doing it on ebay.com does not carry over to ebay.ca etc. nor vice versa.

This option is not available when browsing a store. The store still shows some random currency and not store’s original currency with no way of adjusting it. The store is based in the US and their original prices are in USD.

This option is not available when browsing a store.
Try searching rather than browsing a store. Go to the seller's feedback page and choose the "view items for sale" link.
