I am from South Africa , use English as language. Asked a Japanese seller a question, he replied, I clicked the link the ebay email with his reply and now my eBay is all Japanese. I cannot understand a thing and cannot see where I must click to go to my profile. I logged out and cleared cache, when I log in it still is Japanese. How do I get it back to English?

If you are using a computer, look in the upper right corner of this page where you see the Avatar circle, Click on it.
A drop down menu will open that is divided into 3 sections. The top line in the middle section is My Settings, click on that.
On the page that opens the button next to the highlighted choice is Preferences, click on it.
On the page that opens will be a list of headers, and under them will be two drop down menus the lower one changes the language.
If it is in Japanese and does not say English US or English UK Try opening a translating program in another tab and use its functions to translate the English US or UK to Japanese and look for those characters on the Preferences page, when you find it click to switch back to English. Next time you send a message to a foreign seller, copy and paste the reply into a separate translation program, don't switch the language on ebay.

Even when I go log in with a different browser the language still is Japanese. Before I login it is all english, after I logged in it is Japanese.
