How to cancel an order

Just placed order in error. How can I cancel it?

You have to ask the seller if they will cancel. Buyers can't cancel orders only sellers can do that.

But they also are not required to cancel.

Buyers cannot cancel their orders, they can only REQUEST that the seller cancel the transaction. The seller is under no obligation to agree to the request to cancel.

Request a cancellation from seller. It might be a few days before seller does it.

Seller doesn't get the funds of your sale funds for a few days...so some sellers might wait a few until they cancel...but most sellers usually will cancel the sale.

Just relax if it doesn't happen immediately.

Just use the 'Contact seller' link in the Order to tell the seller of your honest error and your request to cancel. Good luck.
