Could someone help to guide me on how to cancel a return request to the seller? I received the item, a handle was broken in shipping. I submitted a return request. In the meantime, we discovered where to purchase a replacement part and no longer want to return the item. How do I cancel the return request? I spoke with the seller, she understands and is fine with my decision to keep the item.

Go to your Purchase history and find the item.
Select See request details in the More actions dropdown menu.
Select Close your request and choose your reason from the dropdown menu.

You should have been given a deadline of when to return item. Just do not return the item and your return request will time out and close on its own.

The buyer should cancel it so it is properly recorded as such that she decided to keep it.

If the seller did not send a return shipping label go to the resolution center find the return request and close it. If a shipping label was sent you have 5 days to use it, if you do not the seller will not have to pay for the label and the case will close on its own.

Did you find that you cannot find these options under More actions, @hoot-n-anniesloot?

eBay made returns so simple now, even a cave man (Is that racist? Homophobic? I would be against fa too if it's stuck between my teeth?) can do it, so you can't upload your own return tracking number, and you cannot close the return. Just let the seller know, and don't return it.
