I have a few saved searches and ONE SELLER corrupts all my searches because they love to key word all their items. How do I block that one seller from my searches?

You can use the Advanced Search page to exclude a seller's items from a particular search. You can exclude multiple sellers by separating the seller usernames with a comma. Go to the Sellers section, check "Only show items from", choose "exclude" then enter the seller username(s). Then hit the blue search button at the bottom of the page.
Bookmark or save the resulting search and use that as a starting point to continue to exclude those sellers' listings from your search results.

If you're having that much of a problem with a particular seller, seems like you'd remember his ID.
Or could jot his name down somewhere.

So what if the ID was remembered or jotted down somewhere? How would that achieve what the buyer is asking?

And, it's just a comma. No space. Just comma, comma, comma.
This works.

LOL that's not the point at all. Pretty sure he knows/remembers the user(s), but just doesn't want to waste their time scrolling through items they will never buy because it's from a particular seller.

What a bucket of **bleep** ebay. Sometimes you just want to exclude someone permanently like the person who sold me batteries with rust on them, and you cant even do this, so you just get scammed again.

Are you using a desktop browser and going to the Advanced Search page, and using the search "By seller" section?

If so, this is what you should see:
