Hey people I've been buying for almost 2 years now and the thing that bugged me the most is to find that a seller asks for a currency I do not have. how can I filter it? I only have USD and don't know how to get those
thanks

What countries are you trying to buy from? The .com site listing are in US dollars but other sites may not be. PayPal usually can convert currencies for a fee. Of course, the conversion rate varies according to the world currency market.

If you are shopping on (ebay.com) the U.S. based international site most prices will be displayed in U.S. dollars. It is not clear what you would like to change.
1) Is your problem that you would like to see the prices changed to show the price in Chilean Pesos when you shop?
2) Do you see some prices in Pesos and others in dollars?
3) Do you want to be billed in Pesos when you go to pay?
4) Do you want to pay in U.S. dollars?
If you created your account on (ebay.com) you may want to also register on
tienda.mercadolibre.cl/ebay
you should be able to use the same information you signed up with on (ebay.com) then item prices should be shown in Pesos.
If you want to pay using currencies other than Pesos, the best way to do that is to contact your credit card provider, and ask them to automatically make eBay/PayPal payments in US dollars. eBay and PayPal's conversion fees are higher than the daily exchange rate and there is a charge by them for converting payments.
You can change your primary payment currency on PayPal by logging in to your PayPal account, click on the help button and type "How do I change my primary currency" in the topic search box.

There used to be a filter in Advanced Search to filter by currency of the listing, but it has been missing for some time now. I think there were problems with getting it to work. Perhaps one of the other country eBay sites (click on the eBay logo at top left of this page to get to the ebay.com homepage and in the bottom right of that page is a link to bring up links to the other country sites) still has it.
If the payment method is via PayPal they will pretty easily convert your local currency into the currency of the listing at its current (at time of payment) "buy rate" (it used to be 3 point something percent over the "mid-market rate" you would find on a financial reporting site but I think it went up a couple of months ago). Or if you are paying by credit card not through PayPal (note that most time where the listing allows payment in PayPal or credit card it is still PayPal processing the credit card with the same exchange rate) the payment gateway might let you choose to bill your credit card in the seller's currency instead (or simply bill it that way without the option to have them convert).
