I made a purchase, received the item via first class mail. It is still showing as shipped but not delivered. Is there a way for me to mark it received OR for the seller (who is new) to mark it ?

Does tracking indicate that it's been delivered? If so, it's not usually necessary for anyone to mark it as delivered.

Maybe somebody has a better answer but by leaving feedback indicating you got it and all is well, is one way.

Perhaps a short message to the seller, if it's a big one, not maybe prone to checking feedback.

You say that the seller is new, which means their funds are held for 21 days or until tracking shows the package delivered. If the seller sent the item without tracking, even if you could mark it delivered it would do no good. In the absence of formal tracking showing delivery the seller is going to have to wait the full 21 days to receive the funds from the sale. There's no way around that.
