If you found an ad at another site like Facebook and they are claiming the sale will be "handled by ebay" it is fraud. A scam.

How do I look up my invoice number

Who told you to come here and look up an invoice number? This sounds like a Facebook used car scam.
If someone is asking you to pay for something with ebay gift cards it's a scam.

If it's a real eBay transaction you don't need an invoice number. If someone sent you an invoice number from a transaction on another site, such as Craigslist or Facebook, and told you it was an eBay invoice, you're dealing with scammers. Ebay is never involved with any listing on another site. DO NOT send any money, and report the listing to the site you found it on.

If the price is too good to be true it is too good to be true.

How about returning and telling us the whole story, so we can help you figure this out? However, if you found something like a car on another site like FB and were told the sale would go through eBay, yes, it's a scam attempt.

There is no way to look up ebay Order/invoice numbers. eBay calls them Order numbers and from photos of "ebay invoices" being questioned by others, what is apparent is The order numbers which should be 12 characters in 3 groups of 4 separated by hyphens, have one too many numbers, or are one short. The ebay item numbers, which have 12 characters with no hyphens, have either 11 or 13 characters.
As all of the others have posted, if you did not find the listing on eBay, this is a scam. You should report it to the site you found it on and cease contact with the scammer.

a seller from facebook market place send me an invoice order # 558710362315

That is a scam. eBay does not get involved with items that are listed on other sites.
The most common version of this scam is a listing for a vehicle at a great price. The seller says that eBay has the vehicle in a warehouse and will deliver it to you for a 5-day inspection period and payment would be made with eBay gift cards. Does that ring a bell? Anyway, stop communicating with this "seller."
