How do i change my notification settings to text message instead of email

I have looked everywhere on the eBay notifications page and I see no way to change from emails to a text message for like outbidding, etc. is this possible or not and if so, could somebody please tell me how to do this? It seems like it should be a simple request or a simple task, but it isn’t
