How do I contact Ebay to open a request?  I can't find a phone number or a contact us button anywhere!  I received a purchase but it came with additional postage due. The seller said for me to open a request with Ebay and he would refund it but I can't figure out how to do that!  All I can do is do a return.  I don't want to return it I just want to be paid for the additional postage.  The seller picked the wrong label and his shipper charged more with a COD to be paid upon delivery.

In the left sidebar you can choose to chat or to have them call you. Hours are 5 AM to 9 PM Pacific time. If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back.

You can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

Open a request in eBay and request a partial refund, the seller can then refund you the amount of extra shipping you paid.

almost impossible...unable to find anywhere to open a request...no item, no money, no where to request ... i have spent 2 hours trying to figure...each time this happens, it is more and more difficult to get a refund when you did not get the item...they make it very very difficult to find anyway to "open a request" when an item has not come...this is happening more and more...the sellers say "figure it out" basically so it's all on your end.  you can't figure, you get ripped off
