How can a get a feedback removed from a seller put my real name on a feedback?

How can a get a feedback removed from a seller put my real name on a feedback? Seller lied about the transaction, I was going to return the wrong book she sent but she never followed though and had a label sent through ebay. So the seller gave a positive that put my real name and called me a thief. I can't get through by phone on ebay customer service and there isn't an option I need for online help. What can I do?

Click seller violated one of eBays policies follow the prompts.

@0reades You can contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. Just leave a message, and an eBay employee will get back to you. These are not the CS reps we used to get over the phone either.

That seller is inexperienced and doesn't realize they are breaking policy by leaving negative comments under a positive feedback. They need to be reported by someone who has purchased from them. Best of luck to you....

Thank you so much for your help. I contacted them through Twitter / X. It took a few hours back and forth however the feedback is already removed and they apologized for the sellers behavior.
