I Have been dealing with a harassing seller on ebay for weeks now. She had to refund an item that was misrepresented through Ebay.
And has been sending me threatening messages through Ebay ever since. Horrible, vile words. Threatening me with law suits, and abusive language. I have contacted Ebay on three separate occasions, always being told she would be dealt with, and blocked from contacting me. That she has not followed the rules of Ebay, and would be dealt with.
She is still contacting me, and threatening me. All the messages are through Ebay, so there is a record. I don't know what else to do to stop this. I am a highly rated buyer, and seller on Ebay never had a problem.
Ebay has told me over and over she would be dealt with, and yet it still continues.
Ebay can see all her vile messages to me. I don't understand why Ebay won't do something to protect me?

Stop reading the messages if they upset you. Send them to your Trash Folder, unread. You can not clear out the Trash Folder. eBay will eventually clear it.

Should you contact eBay again related to this matter, you may wish to ask eBay since sufficient time has elapsed, if dealing with this matter is to ignore the complaint, of a eBay shopper.

Why haven't you left a negative feedback for the seller? All of their words are just that "words" they cannot sue you, and when you see messages from them just delete them.
Before leaving a negative, which they have earned, make note of their username and address, and add them to your blocked buyer list, in case they try retaliating using another account or a friend's to buy from you. When you leave the negative do not call them names state the simple facts do not mention the dispute you had to file:
Ex: Sent not as described item, fought refund, sends rude messages.
Chances are they will add a rude reply to the comment, calling you names, but you get the last word by replying to their reply if they do, if you want, and it will show what kind of customer service they give.
