Highist bidder but it says I Missed out

Hello all

I recently won a bid on this item https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F113743056449

But it says I Missed out even though I am the highist bidder. I checked and there was no reserve price set that I can see. 

Any thoughts?

It looks like you have the highest bid, and no sign of a reserve that I can see.

Does the item appear in your purchase history?

If you navigate to the item page, do you seen a banner at the top indicating that you won or lost the item?

You did win.  I've had this issue for months and I just have ignored it.  Says I missed out when I was the one who won. Poor eBay programming

No it does not show in either. I even checked in "Did not win" no sign of it

Ok got it. Must be an issue with the app if I log on using the laptop it says I won and I get the button to pay.

It will show up your purchase history eventually.  At least when I started having this issue it did.  I had a hard time finding it to even pay.  Eventually it showed up.  I don't do auctions much so been a while since I had it happen

It is an app issue.  It seems to really delay recognizing a buyer won.  It would have shown up there eventually as well

Maybe this glitch explains why some sellers don't get paid . Shame on you Ebay. Hire some kids to program your site and get rid of the morons that can't keep the site working correctly.
