Hermes returning package to seller for no reason

All was Good package on way to me and it arrived at the international distribution center to get shipped to me by PostNord but Hermes sent it back? Neither me or seller has requested a return. I've seen posts like this about Hermes before but anyone know what's going on? I got in touch with Hermes but I'm gonna have to wait.

You have posted your issue on the U.S. based site (ebay.com).  If you signed up to use ebay on one of the European based sites you should login to that site and post this topic on it.  Most of ebay's policies are the same in the U.S. and Europe, but how the systems work can be different. 

You should read the terms of ebay's money back guarantee.  There should be a link to it on the listing for the item you bought.  Follow any links directing you to ebay's help and contact system.  To me it looks like the Hermes tracking information doesn't seem right. It was received at a Hermes shop with no city/country given, and the next day arrives in Hamburg, De. but is returned to the sender, with no reason given.  Since it never made it to Finland before being returned I doubt there was an address problem.

Okay thank you! How do I find the EU one though? Google on gives me the UK and USA ebay community

The main eBay website in Europe is eBay Germany, and the community there is www.community.ebay.de. The language there is German.

If you prefer a website in English, there is eBay Ireland, but they don't have their own discussion boards. The eBay Ireland community is shared with eBay UK: www.community.ebay.co.uk.
