If you did not find the vehicle listed on eBay Motors, by an eBay seller with an eBay seller name, you are most likely looking at a scam ad and you need to discontinue any further contact with the person.
There is NO car. Ebay never assists in sales or payments for items sold on other sites. Did you pay by gift cards? If you have not paid, don't! it's a SCAM. If you already paid , sorry your money is gone.
