Help, where is my package?

DHL is responsible for shipping the goods I purchased in August last year. Due to customs clearance issues in China, I negotiated with the buyer to return the package to the buyer and resend it to another address in the United States. DHL said that the returned package has been signed for, but the buyer said they have not received it. I would like to ask eBay to help me find this package as soon as possible, but I don't know how to contact eBay customer service. Does eBay customer service have Chinese service on their phone? Thanks

If you paid with a credit card, contact them and see how long their protection is?

Any recourse you may have had with eBay is long gone as their Money Back Guarantee is good for 30 days after delivery.

Even PayPal only offers 180 post sale support, as most credit cards also do. I’m afraid it’s too late now.

There is confusion as to buyer and seller in this post and I can't make sense of it, please correct who is buyer and who is seller and all of that because none of it makes sense to me.
Are you the buyer?
Did you return a package to the seller in China?

Did said seller issue the label or did you purchase one on your own?
You will need to clear up how you speak of a case if you expect any help.

eBay will not be able to assist in this matter. Any arrangements you made with the seller will be between you and the seller. Try to contact the seller for more detailed information on the shipment.

Also work with the freight forwarder you tried to use to find your package. 

There is no recourse thru eBay.

I asked the seller, and they said that according to the signed address, the package should be in eBay's warehouse, but they did not receive it.

Regardless of your evident confusion of the words "buyer" and "seller", it's too late for anyone to do anything about a transaction from August of 2023.
