So recently purchased an item from a seller. They hasn't shipped my order. Since I already paid for the item I message them on how long it would take. They ignored me, kept the money, relisted the item at a higher. What should I do next?
How much time does a seller have to ship an item? What do I do if they never ship? I tried using the help articles but every time I select the purchase I've had an issue with the help page resents. Ebay also dosnt provide any contact information either. When I try to find their email threw the help pages it resents like before.

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Thank you, but firt, the estimated delivery date for me is in three months from now. That feels very long, I'm worried that if this a scam the person just will delete there account and keep my money in all that time. What perfections do I have as a buyer against that?
Second, one of the questions was how long does a seller have to ship an item. If it's until the "arrival date" then will I have to wait three months just to ask for a refund on an item that never was shipped?
Finally, thank you for trying to solve my order problem but I made this thread because the help function is broken for me. Whenever I try to contact ebay and follow the prompts on ebay's app or website the whole process just restarts without getting me in contact with ebay.

You made a mistake of buying something with a 3 month delivery date. That date was shown as you were checking out before you actually paid.
You can't open a Item Not Received case until one day after the latest estimated delivery date.
You can't open a return case for a refund on an item you have not yet received.
You are in waiting mode at this time. That is how it works here in the states.
It may very in Europe.

Thank you, I understand I have to wait but my concern is that I was scammed. That is why not being able to contact ebay is a problem. Their contact information is broken for me. This is why the thread is titled "help page keeps reseting". So what options do I have to fix that?
Also is there a ship by date for sellers on ebay?

I would not know why your help page keeps resetting.

The ship by date for the seller is the same ship by date eBay showed when you were checking out and also in an email eBay sent when you purchased.
If you paid via PayPal or a Credit card, you still hold the upper hand.

You saw the estimated delivery date when you made your purchase.
You could have simply hit the back button if you felt that was too long to wait.
However, you went ahead and made the purchase. You now have no option except to wait for the arrival of your item.
While waiting, you may want to take a moment and read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers which clearly explains your options if/when a transaction goes wrong.
