I'm no longer able to search and purchase items on eBay for about a week. The photos show after the search then disappear and links won't work. I know the eBay app doesn't work on Kindle, but this is the first time I've had issues with the website. Is there an update coming soon? Will I need to junk my new Kindle?

I have a Kindle Fire Max 11 I purchased last year, and I'm having no problems with the website on it. So I don't think the problem is on eBay's side. Have your cleared your browser cache and cookies? You also may want to post this on the Technical Issues forum.

Thanks for the reply. I'll go in and clear cache and and cookies. Didn't try that. I knew eBay was working on their website and that's when all the bugs showed up. I may just switch to a different tablet.

I may just switch to a different tablet.
What browser are you using? Is it the latest version available?
Before you give up on your current tablet, see if a different browser works any better for you (and for eBay).

Unfortunately Fire tablets use Amazon's Silk browser. Unless you want to go through incredible machinations it's the only option available, so switching browsers isn't possible.
As I said, I have no issues with eBay on my Fire. But last year's Fire tablets were, IMO, a huge step backwards. So I truly think this is a Fire issue rather than an eBay issue. Personally the first thing I'd do is contact Amazon Fire tech support, which is usually pretty good.

I love my Fire but it gets a little wonky if enough apps are left idling in the background. I clear them out regularly and things go fine. I also turn of Alexa. We don't get along. I haven't had any problems with ebay.
