I'm sorry you're having a problem. When I choose PayPal mine says my device is recognized and it takes me to the payment details where the preferred method through PayPal is pre checked and I look at the shipping address to make sure it's right and hit the pay button.
Try a different browser. Sign into your PayPal account before trying to pay.
It could be a glitch. Try again in a hour. Try paying from your PC instead of your phone.
Maybe someone will have more ideas.

I was trying on my PC, and also tried on my phone. Rebooted...tried everything.

I called customer service yesterday, and they said to try again today. Still not working, same problem.
I think it has something to do with the coupon code for ebay supplies.

Still not able to check out with PP, been trying since Saturday. Called ebay 3 times, and they just tell me to wait 24- 48 hours. I'm trying to purchase ebay supplies with my ebay issued $50.00 store coupon. I keep getting the same message. The coupon expires on the 30th. I tried 2 different browsers, my PC and my phone.
