I ordered an item. It has disappeared from my order history. Payment has been made. I cannot get anyone at ebay. I just keep getting sent back to the Automated system. I've been told on messages that my email is not correct, but I'm not being given the opportunity to respond. At this point, I just want my money back so I can never use ebay again. Anybody know how to contact a human at ebay?

If you can confirm you have been charged, you can dispute the charge through your credit card company.

Are you saying that you go to your My eBay> Purchase History> and it is not there?
Is there any possibility that you bought it as a guest?
When did you make this purchase? Do you happen to have the item #?

First, do NOT file a credit card charge back dispute. Ever. This voids the eBay MBG. Why people keep offering this bad advise is beyond me. Wait a few days. It's possible that the seller's account was closed or a few other reasons, in which case any charges on your CC will be reversed.
