I am from South America and I won a bid for a guitar. I've been trying to paid for almost 5 days with 2 payment methods credit/debit card and PayPal, but this message is still appearing We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details.

2 weeks ago I bought guitar strings in Reverb and a book in Amazon and everything was ok (the sending address is in USA). Is it possible that Ebay is just not allowing me to pay? This is the only place where I can't buy and don't know why. Hope you can help me solving this issue. Thanks.

It may be due to the USPS suspending international deliveries to South Africa. See this web site.

I have had the same problem trying to buy some light bulbs, was getting very frustrated reading all peoples solutions. Item is 6 pack of light bulbs, in Phoenix, Arizona. I just couldn't figure it out, then I clicked on the user name to find out about the user, and turns out they are in ISRAEL. So, that must be the problem and paypal/ebay is trying to protect you and themselves from shady ebay sellers. I have had recent problems with not getting items and having to be refunded on items with "usa seller", however these items never arrive. I am relieved to think that ebay has a system in place to help stop fraud. What ever it is you are trying to buy, pay a little more and buy it somewhere else.
