Go Rollick has over 21,000 vehicles listed on here. They have a 0 rating with 0 sales. They keep calling me and asking me for a deposit or to buy the item outside of ebay. Who are these people and how can they have that many items listed in ebay motors?

They aren't listings per se, they're clearly identified as classified ads, which eBay legitimately sells. Think of eBay as a giant newspaper. The seller is buying ad space. Ebay doesn't require classified transactions to be completed on eBay; there's actually no mechanism to do so. So there's nothing different from an ad you'd see on Marketplace or Craigslist or any other site.
