Global Shipping Program Tracking Not Updating

Hello I have a package that was shipped through the GSP program and it has arrived at the international hub.

Tracking has since been stuck at this status

“We are preparing your package.

A SHIPPING LABEL WAS CREATED. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE THE PACKAGE SHIPS.”

It’s been like this for over a week. Should I be concerned?

When a package is received at a GSP Hub in a seller's country, it is held there until enough packages have been received to fill a shipping container bound for this country. Once that happens the tracking will start updating again, possibly with a couple of days delay while the item passes through U.S. customs and is handed off to the domestic carrier.
