Frustrated with deceptive sellers

Looking for phone case - the ones I am looking at around $9. Same thing listed at $4.99, but by the time you pick your model # and color, it's back up to $9. No combination of options is available at $4.99, they just put that in so you think they are selling it cheaper. And no way to report sellers to ebay anymore, that I can see.

Lemme guess…those sellers are probably in China.

If you do not shop using Price: Lowest... you can avoid about 99% of those listings, which are mostly offered by chinese sellers as ebooks... wrote.  

There is a Report item button on every listing page, but one or more reports from an individual buyer will not get the listing(s) removed.

So...just saying $9 for a phone case is pretty cheap haha.  As for some saying "free shipping" and others not, that isn't deceptive.  "free shipping" just means they factor the price of shipping into that.
