Fraud rescue

Hi community. I am very thankful for the support and suggestions to help and resolve my situation.  

I was very relieved today when I received a call from a team specialist in the fraud department. 

They ended up looking a little closer into my situation. It was determined that I was going to get a full refund.  

I am of course thrilled and I will continue to be a customer.  It certainly did open my eyes when it comes to items like the guitar costing just under $1,000. It's seems to be risky business to ensure the seller is legit. So many scams these days.. I think I will go back to the buying items that are more of an affordable cost. 

Just me. I certainly hope you receive the support and real caring and I received on here.

On behalf of those who helped you,  You're Welcome, and we're glad we could help.

 

However, you posted your concern on 3 different boards, Ask a Mentor, Buying & Shipping.  You should never do that. In the future if you post on these boards, but do not remember which one you posted on,  when you open the main community board, in the upper right corner you will see your avatar circle that has ebay's default graphic design in it. 

  If you click on that and select My profile from the drop down menu, you will be taken to a page that has Your community information, and below that you will see  Posts  Replies.  To find Topics Posts you started "Fraud" in this case, you have written, click on one's title.  then you can read the replies from other members and reply to them, if you want.     If you click on Replies any answer you have posted to a topic can be opened and read.

Glad your issue was resolved.  Could you please explain what steps you had to take to get the situation reversed?  It would be helpful for those of us that do try to help others in your fake tracking scam issue.
