I just tried to leave follow up feedback using the latest version of Firefox on a desktop PC, didn't receive any type of error message, but the comment never showed up. This seems to have been a problem since about December 2015 based on past discussions here. Original feedback comment was left less than 30 days ago, so that's not the problem.

FireFox just put out another update, and sometimes they interfere with the operations of some sites, until a fix is made. That is why I do not allow updates to be automatically updated. I wait for a week or so and check to see if issues show up for the update online. If there are none, I download it. If there are reported problems I wait until a fix is offered before downloading.
I see you left about a dozen negs for a seller who was slow to ship and left a reply to one of the feedback. If that is the one you are tying to reply to, try leaving a follow up under the next feedback down.
FYI,
If you leave feedback for multiple items bought in the same week by a seller, it only counts as one neg, since ebay considers it to be one transaction. If a future seller looks at your feedback left for others, all those negs may have them blocking you.

Follow the trail of crumbs .....
How does that seller seem to get away with so many OOS hits?
Forget keeping up with the Joneses. Be the Finklegrubers!
OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

"How does that seller seem to get away with so many OOS hits"?
Because their OOS problems add up to less than the 3% defects allowed. It's all in the sales numbers, and probably due to them selling both from a B&M store and on ebay. The store is less than 10 miles from me and it's huge.
Some of their slow shipping problems are due to issues the two largest regional sorting centers having a lot of issues lately. I've had two packages that were over 10 days late being delivered and one that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday (out for delivery, 6 days overdue) not get delivered. 3 of my outgoing packages have been delayed by 1-2 days before leaving those centers, as well.
I talked to my carrier on Saturday about the missing package, and was told the largest center suffered a power outage then surges that took out their main breaker box, and started a small fire. They've been trying to run the incoming and out going lines on separate schedules until new boxes are installed and hooked up. The smaller center is getting some of the overflow, but doesn't have the capacity to handle it, but they have shifted workers from the other facility to try and increase output. Unfortunately, the flu epidemic is frustrating that effort as well. They have started trucking what they can to the Toledo center, but that slows things down as well. Glad I'm not living that "perfect storm".

I believe I do have mine set on auto update, but usually when it updates, I will get a notification when I open the browser. I didn't notice one, but maybe it only does that on the larger updates. Could be the problem.
And yea, I realize that all my feedback only amounted to 1 negative for the seller, and it could hurt me in the eyes of other sellers, but it was more than just slow shipping that led to the frustration. I've had less than stellar experiences before where I just didn't leave feedback, but that was the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a neutral or negative.

I'm not here to shame them, but the shipping delay wasn't a third party issue. The misdelivery was, but that's why I didn't choose that carrier when I made the purchase, because they always misdeliver my packages.
