I believe the only way you can change it, is by asking the seller to send you a Feedback Revision Request.
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/leaving-feedback-sellers/viewing-changing-feedback-left-sellers?id=... and changing feedback left for sellers&intent=feedback revisions
Glad to see you're happy with your purchase! Sometimes in situations like this, buyers won't bother to fix their mistakes. Wrong negative feedback could always have an impact on sellers business.

You are a very kind and considerate person to be so concerned.
If I understand this right, you gave them a positive feedback but just did not hit or rate any yellow stars. The DSRs~detailed seller ratings, for description, communication, etc.
There is no harm done to the seller if you neglected using the stars.
IF you gave them a positive comment inside a negative feedback, then a revision is a good idea.

That s right: my comment inside is positive!
So we will try to make stars revision ...

Don't feel bad i'm sure many buyers have missed those hard to see stars--big kudos for you for wanting to help the seller out.

The stars have no effect on the feedback. Don't worry about the stars. It's the fact that you clicked on the "negative" button instead of the "positive" button.

The Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) stars, do not matter much to sellers any more. However, the negative you left does affect them. You will have to contact the seller and ask them to send you a Feedback Revision Request. Once you do that keep an eye on your messages, the request is only good for 10 days after it is sent. You will be able to change the feedback to positive, but you will not be able to rate the stars. Not leaving any DSR ratings does not affect a seller at all. Leaving any rating less than 4 is a negative. There are no neutral star ratings.
In the meantime, you can go to your feedback profile page, scroll to the bottom, and look for the Follow up to feedback. Click on that and add a reply saying "Sorry my mistake, the feedback should be a positive one". In the future, double check which button you pushed before leaving feedback, especially if you use a phone.
