I left negative feedback for a seller because the product is pure junk. They have sold lots of them with good reviews and now I know why. See picture. I wanted to report this to Ebay but according to them, I don't need to because they say they monitor algorithms or something. I don't feel this is a good thing. I ordered the item(s) being 99% sure it was junk and to finalize my thoughts on these type of products. I wasn't expecting to get a refund. I will gladly forgo the refund just to leave the negative feedback. Isn't that sad though?

Here's a link to a policy you may find interesting:

You ordered a satchel set for $7.99 from China and you expect to receive Coach quality. I don't get it.

Feedback of the seller is supposed to be based on how the seller handled the transaction. You can mention that you liked or didn't like the item, but make sure the main focal point is about the seller.
It seems like you should have left a review of the item since that was your focus, if reviews were able to be left. It feels as though people confuse feedback and reviews, on eBay it is not called reviews unless it is for the item.

As others have said, your issue is with the product and not the seller. You admit that you thought it was junk before you bought it. Cheap Chinese goods seem to be all the rage these days. If the listing was deceptive, that's a different thing. You lost that angle when you admitted to knowing it was junk beforehand.
I'm not picking on you, though. Thanks for caring about other buyers enough to try and warn them. It's just not helpful to buy for the purpose of criticizing someone for the product they are selling. You can certainly say that the item was junk. It's just the seller rating part where there's a disconnect. You got what you bought and you got it on time. You don't want your money back. You seem to be saying the "product" you were really buying is criticism. That's not what's for sale.

$8 for a four piece "leather" handbag set from a Chinese seller with horrible feedback?
Of course they're going to be junk. Why would you expect anything different?
