Since eBay can't seem to implement a proper way of actually ensuring that all listing search results are from sellers that can actually ship to people in certain locations instead of loopholing the system to show their results, only to waste a buyer's time by either:
the good old 'sorry we don't ship to you no matter what, ever, don't even bother asking because we're automated or just geographically inept'
or have an option and cost/amount to ship but cannot actually ship it because of annoying specifics such as ABSOLUTELY NO PO BOXES!!1!!, never mind that local couriers don't even want to bother delivering to physical addresses because lazy service providers would rather have the buyers pick it up, or worse, call it undeliverable and call it a day;
or the most annoying of all, the variety that lets you commit to the transaction by paying it full plus S&H, only to get insta-canceled and effectively told to never come again because 'there was a problem with the buyer's shipping address, BLOCKED.' ,
If sellers can block buyers from their listings, it only stands to reason that buyers should be able to block specific sellers' items from showing up on their searches, no?
It can be toggled as desired, in cases you need that item and there's not even a single seller that is capable of shipping to you that has it, and are willing to go through the headache and tedium of finding a seller for that item willing to negotiate or at least try, or worse yet, utilize a reshipper and pay twice for shipping one item plus subscription fees..
Hence, the Listing Search Blocker Toggle.

I like this idea.
If it isn't possible for a buyer to limit the list of sellers in a search I would like to be able to do it on my own.
Since buyers can create a list of saved sellers (that we want to do business with) it should be possible to set up a second list of sellers (that we don't want to do business with). It may currently be possible but I don't know how to do it. Does anyone know how to set up a second list of saved sellers
