Every time I use eBay I receive a message that a new iOS is using my account. It’s the same one I’ve

Every time I search or make a purchase eBay emails me saying that a new iOS device is using my account. I haven’t made any changes for years. It worries me that maybe my account isn’t safe. Anyone else experience this?

If your browser is set to clear cookies when shut down, that too will cause that.    I get that from time to time also.

I get that when I log out and log back in. If you know it's you ignore it. Otherwise change your password.

I use a VPN and get that message constantly in my Emails. On a phone I don't know if it works the same way or if you are using a VPN or other safety feature that confuses the website as to your ISP address .

To be safe maybe do as ebooksdiva has suggested and change your password. Just for the peace of mind.

I don’t think it’s set to clear cookies or if that would be the case since I always use my cell phone but it’s certainly worth a try. Thanks! I’ve reset my password a zillion times.
