Error when closing the case

Hello,
I am trying to close the case, because I am worked it out with the seller, but I keep receiving following error(see screenshot). It is autotranslated from German.

Please help if you know how to handle this.

If you are using a portable device and the App. try loging on to ebay the classic way with your username and password, then try and close the dispute.  The app has many glitches. 

If you are using a computer, you may want to clear your temporary internet files and cookie cache, then restart your computer. You can take the same action if you use a phone or tablet to buy on ebay.

If you are using Chrome as a browser, try switching to another one. Chrome and ebay do not work well together.  If the item was bought on eBay Germany, (ebay.de) are you logging into that site to try to close the dispute? 

If you cannot close the dispute, it will time out after 30 days, and the seller will not be affected.

Thanks a lot for answer, unfortunately nothing helps. I am logging in ebay.de with different computers and my phone, also tried Firefox after your advice, nothing helps. The bad thing is that the dispute is escalated to eBay, that is why I am trying to close it as soon as possible.

One more thing, I remember when I tried to close the request the first time, ebay asked me to solve a captcha, now it is not doing that, but straight gives me the mentioned message. Can you think of something else to try?

I could be wrong about this but I believe once a claim is escalated, you can’t close it.
